Watching this, I remembered a book written by a psychotherapist on invisible family loyalties and the transgenderational inheritance of psychological themes... It is called The Ancestor Syndrome: Transgenerational Psychotherapy and the Hidden Links in the Family Tree by by Anne Ancelin Schutzenberger .
That book sounds so interesting... I think I'll look into getting that to read, thanks for the recommendation. Yes Elif is amazing isn't she? - I found her talks recently and I'm a little bit addicted... The reason I found the talks was because I read one of her books '10 minutes 35 seconds in this strange world' for my book club that I used to run and I really enjoyed it. I felt like the experience of reading it changed me as a person, it was profound. So yeah, I'm a big fan now
Once I have prepared my family tree my father's know all the names of their elders and their siblings names. Now we even don't know few family members names and we didn't even trying to remember them also
