I have run/walked several disney halfs. Totally agree about getting to the front of the corral so you have some breathing room. Just had knee surgery and am realizing the next disney race will probably be walking. I would love to see a video on how you do the different walks (i.e. power walk). I feel like I walk pretty fast but its still ends up being 16-17 min mile so I would love to be able to get to a 14-15 min pace.

Great video, and thanks for sharing! That. makes sense - what you were saying about trying to start toward the front of the corral meaning there is going to be a lot more active running right off the bat. Still, just staying as far right as you can, up against the fence, or edge of the road, generally provides enough room to not get trampled.
I was also interested to hear about your experience at Fort Wilderness. I've thought several times about renting an RV and doing that rather than staying at a Disney resort, and it really sounds like a fun, laid back way to do a Disney vacation.

It absolutely does! If you watch the first video that was my original recommendation in a lower corral. I think I was not as worried about buffer room this time with another corral behind me.
