He basically grew up in both Roxas City and Iloilo City. But he was actually born and educated in Iloilo City. His mother is Ilongga from Iloilo. And he started all his earlier businesses including Mang Inasal in Iloilo City.

Maraming tulad nila ang successful dahil wala silang mga kamag-anak na palaasa sa kanila... yung hingi ng hingi imbis tumulong...

His business success story is really admirable but, we have to understand also that his family is well-off from the beginning. What I mean is, he can easily ask for an investment money from his family without collatetal and interest. If his business fails, there is not much harm done on him and his family's financial status. He can again do another business venture in no time at all. But, if you came from a poor family and you want to enter into a business venture, you will need to loan money from the bank with high interest and this will require collateral. If your business fails, that will be the end of the road for you. Your money and your properties are gone and no one will help you recover or even survive. That is the reality of life. The rich becomes richer and the poor becomes poorer.

so you are discrediting his efforts just because he is not poor? do you know how many privileged people there are? there are more privileged people who goes bankrupt than succeed like injap. its only thing to have rich parents, its another to have successors.

While there's definite value of Advanced Degrees, to claim that it's the only platform or pathway to Success would be a falsehood. Top examples to debunk this belief include Steve Jobs (Apple), Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Richard Branson (Virgin Airlines), Michael Dell (Dell Computers), Ray Kroc (McDonald's), to name just a few. 👀 🙄

Who cares if his a billioner, he can get my attention kung may matutulungan syang marami thru Charity program, sabi ni Lord hindi nya titignan yung naging assets mo bagkus yung mga natulungan mo🙏🏼Amen

Maraming maliliit na negosyo at komunidad ang natutulungan ng Mang Inasal. Example, yung mga lanterns sa Mang Inasal, barbecue sticks sa inasal sa buong bansa are produced sa same community na partner niya noon pa. And Injap Sia II also donated buildings for the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City College and others. Tumutulong din sya sa disaster risk reduction at resiliency...
