- Today I return to one of Australia's Largest Fake Pokemon Card Shops! This Fake Pokemon Card store has been selling fake Pokemon cards for years and now they are not only claiming to sell the rarest Pokemon cards ever made but also the brand new Pokemon card booster packs out .. literally all sorts of sword and shield decks/boosters and Tins! What can we find today?

Imagine a kid having a entire collection of these just to realize their entire collection is fake. That's so sad.
I've seen it happen back in school, their cards had like 9000HP
I had like 250 cards realized their fake

Or you can get 2 fake tins of any set. They include 15-20 new Ex, Illustration arts , trainer gallery's of that sets. You would have to spend 50$ to get 15-20 exs

The great Canadian dollar store's around here used to sell those around here and, other than being super cheaply made you could tell because of the Pokémon type (they were all labeled tadpole Pokémon) but, it seems that they have fixed most of them.

Wow, I actually have a similar story! I was at a flea market once, and there was someone who was selling fake packs! I didn't know if the cards themselves were real, cause they looked sketchy as heck, but the packaging was totally fake. (Thankfully, there was a real vendor, and I got a Reshirom (Reshiram and Zekrom GX) from him for $22. Best deal of my life.)

Hey mate didn’t know you’re based in Adelaide. Growing up in Sydney this sort of thing was all too common, especially in places like Paddy’s Markets.
I remember getting them fake pokemon cards when I was a kid and it made me so mad when I realized my mother and I wasted a few bucks on these when I could have gotten something real but live and learn.
My friend got these cards from Amazon and next day he brought them to school he was so exited then some kid told them they were fake .
I was in my french class and I was at the part where ando is picking out his "real cards" and my teacher said hello and I thought it was the old lady from before lol.
I feel really good for having a brother who already knew how to spot fake pokemon cards at the age 7.

I'm from New Zealand and in year 4 I saw these kids who got fake Pokemon cards from hello banana I felt really bad. I know how to tell the difference because school. I only buy from farmers, the warehouse etc aka any good store

I think the reason why Nintendo or Gamefreak havent done anything yet is because these fake cards actually benefit them.
They are VERY cheap and common in where I live (costing around $0.15 per 25 pcs of cards). They are very appealing to kids so they act as a promo to them and be exposed to pokemon (and later like pokemon when they grow up).
Personally, I was able to memorize most of the pokemon from Gen 1 to Gen 4 through these fake cards when I was 7 to 10 years old (I wasnt aware of the existence of the game as most of the kids here thought that Pokemon is an anime, not a video game).

I don't know how he got it, but one day I found a steel type 'Braviary' card. The image was of arceus and in the small description under the image it mentioned it was the illusion pokemon (Zoroark) and number 456 (Finneon). He gave it to me for free, it's at the back of one of my albums. If only it was real.

Typical cheap shop shit, plenty of Dollar Variety Shops have this sort of crap you typically find, as well as Tobacconists. You only get the official stuff from shops like Big W, Kmart, EB Games, Zing and official toy shops such as Toy World (or Mr. Toys in some states)
