You have no idea how happy this video makes me. Every time I see anything related to gltas I scream because this show is so underrated! And yes, everyone who hasn't seen the show yet definitely has to. The entirety of s2 hurts my soul to this day.
God gltas was such a tragedy. I believe because of the movie people weren't willing to give Green Lantern a fair chance. The movie made the whole thing look dumb, and even I fell for it. But the Lanterns as a whole have such an amazing rich lore in my opinion. So much more than what you get from justice league or the movie. It's sad that it's now overlooked, and this series is a great example on how overlooked gl is. I really wish DC would give it a chance again, but looking how every mention of the concept is treated as a joke. It's not gonna happen. I reccomend everyone look into it though and see how you like it. I promise its probably one of the most unique scifi concepts you'll find. Heck theres even channels on youtube that summarize comics if you don't want to wade through a sea of thousands of comics. Final word: John Stewart is the best Green Lantern, and I legit jumped for glee when he got a mention in the series. (Yes, that's how uncommon he is to find outside of the justice league cartoons)

I feel you, my favorite show at that time was Thundercats 2011 and it was randomly canceled as well, just as it was getting to the a big part of the story. And just like what you said with Green Lantern, Thundercats also had way more they could develop in the characters, if the show was still running. I’m more upset that Bengal was never shown in the reboot and I was told he was supposed to be Tygra’s and Cheera(sp) son, which meant that there was more unexplored information and story about these characters that the creators wanted to show in the show, if it wasn’t canceled. I think I’ve heard that CN randomly decided that action shows wasn’t doing so well, so they pulled the plug on multiple action based shows.
Yeah, I didn't watch thundercats but what happened to it was a real shame. I had a lot of friends super into it at the time and they were heartbroken when it was cancelled. rip

Wait wouldn't her purposefully taking on a form that looks like his dead wife be really mean? I mean, it's kinda messed up. Especially considering she KNOWS what this means to him. It just kinda seems unnecessary and almost manipulative, but maybe I just don't know enough about the whole situation.
Yeah, it's awkward. But you should know it's less that she did it on purpose to manipulate him and moreso did it out of ignorance to what kind of effect that would have on him (she is still processing what emotions are/understanding psychology is her biggest weakness and the show also addresses this) and it's implied she choose that body bc it was the best model she was familiar with at the time.
