At first I didn't get why six month were such a big deal for gods until I realized that's half of eternity spent apart and that *itch of a goddess Demeter doesn't allow them to get conjugal visits when Persephone is up. The real villain was her. If she wasn't so controlling they could have found some balance between their duties and love. It wouldn't be heaven but it could have been slightly better
@@emeros8631that is Zeus and Poseidon's fault. Both raped her thus making her hate all mans thus not wanting her daughter close to no one to the point of controlling her every movement
The worst pat is she does not even allow Persephone to visit her children at all during those 6 months. Demeter is a cruel, controlling, narcissistic, psychopath. She is the worst of the Greek gods. She is causing unnecessary pain to her daughter and grandkids because she is pissed persephone is no longer her plaything to live vicariously through. She can visit everyday if she wanted to. Hades is the best husband a Greek goddess could possibly get. He is loving, supportive, faithful, respectful, and protective towards his wife. He is the king of all who have ever lived. Jailer of the titans. First born of Kronos and the strongest of the Olympians in combat (if you go off of the Ancient Greek mythology). He the wealthiest because he owns all of the riches below the earth. She is literally jealous her daughter got the husband Demeter would have wanted for herself. So she is punishing everyone and getting away with it because depending upon the story Zeus feels a little afterthought shame for either raping her which created persephone, disguising himself and seducing her which created persephone, or lying about planning to make her Queen to seduce which made persephone. In some versions she threatens to tell Hera that Persephone is Zeus' daughter to get the unfair and cruel to Persephone judgement of half the year.

Zues and Hera are worst gods in greek mythogy. Zues does not leave any female creature on the planet and Hera instead of punishing her husband punishes the victims. Hades is the only god in greek mythology who did not violate other woman. Hades truly deserves to be the king
For Hera, I was expecting that she would self-exiled herself from Mt.Olympus. And decided to live among the mortals for the purpose of trying to see in Zeus's point of view (falling in love with mortals). She would disguise herself as a (old/helpless) disfigured mortal female with a missing arm (Ugly & amputee). After same time, being mistreated by others (without revealing her identity), she unexpectedly manage to find a man that kindly treats her well with no malice and as time passes formed a relationship.
