WoW you cut off sooooo much !! You did such a great job! One little Girl will be so proud of her new hair ( my Son also got bald because of chemo when hè was four years old). I am still deciding when to cut off mine. It is now to my but but Im 52 now so when I cut it I will not let it grow that long anymore. But you look so beautiful with your new haircut !!
Hi Laura, It's never too late for a change like this and who cares if you end up with long hair when you are in your late fifties?😘 But just do what feels right to you now. If you really really want to do this, then why not. If you are not sure, keep your long hair and maybe in a years time you'll feel stronger about it. It is a massive change after all 😊 Take care gorgeous lady 😘💖

If I were your private hairdresser - I would have cut Bob a little differently. Such a shame, you had such gorgeous hair. Most "hair charities" don't end up using the hair that is donated to make into wigs.
+vgfan80 I agree with you! The only people who are likely to benefit from this 'donation', are the 'charity' that will sell the hair on & the wealthy woman who eventually buys the produced hairpiece. But many lose out! Helena loses out because she has a short hair style that takes away from her previous natural feminine beauty & other long haired girls & ladies are now more easily pressurised into 'donating' their own beautiful hair & for no real reason.
