Passengers get agitated and screaming and everyone on the plane follow suit causing havoc. the crew does everything possible to calm everyone, because they have been trained in the most professional schools there are. The instructors are also people who have flown hours on end to access their positions. Trust me, they are also scared. the pilot and his crew are there to bring the plane down as safely as possible. It is not to be the heroes, it's their duty and responsibility. The crew is not any Jon Doe. They are not there to look good. they are in their position for reasons of the outmost importance of your safety. As for the mechanics who work on the planes are following extremely strict regulations. For example: if a tool goes missing, the plane is grounded until they find the tool. For all those people who have ideas to ensure the safety of everyone, they will those ideas to their supervisor who will bring them to the table. It gets studied and evaluated before it gets put in action. WE DO EVERYTHING POSIBLE TO TAKE YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION, AND THAT, PROFESSIONALLY.

IN THOSE EARLY DAYS MOST MAINTENANCE PEOPLE AND PILOTS ARE GRADUATE ENGINEERS and the PHYSICAL and MENTAL REQUIREMENTS WERE VERY STRINGENT.

IN THE EARLY DAYS OF THE DC-3 WHERE WE EXPERIENCED A LOT OF FAILURES. A GIANT LEAP IN TRAINING OF MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS AND PILOTS PRODUCED A LOT OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED PILOTS AND MAINTENANCE PEOPLE AND IMPROVEMENTS IN AIRFIELD COMMUNICATION AND OPTICAL LANDING SYSTEMS. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THAT BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH DEPENDENCE IN AUTOMATION THE NECESSARY HUMAN INTER-OPERATION WAS DIMINISHED

The problem in aviation in western nations is they sacked the good engineers with training and years of experience as an engineer you do by the book but then you may find that at certain time you may find you need to change some extra bolts because the continuing open and closing say a access panel has caused wear but in western nations we have toany women running things and there is this thing we must ploy people on a genda not merit it's about more women and lgbiqt++++ in the work force so. They get rid of the experience engineers and they think it good but they do not have what it takes and they also if working with a experience engineer and the engineer tells them they are doing it wrong than the other machanic will complain the engineer is racist or is picking on them so the engineer gets the sack and mechanic keeps doing the job wrong till something goes real wrong when there was nothing wrong with the aircraft at the start but the inexperience machanic caused a problem because we had to have more woke agenda people working and this can easy be fixed
