Fizzy water mixed with a bit of dilutable juice is nice for a change. Like a fizzy drink for the kids.

Another great haul love when Zoe tells us what's expensive this week. Also if you have a slow cooker do your baked potatoes in there 4 hrs on high or 6 hrs on low. You won't regret it.
I wrap mine in tin foil? Then do in crock pot? Do I not need too? It’s so handy hey 😊

When I’m feeling under the weather 🤧 a lemsip and paracetamol and plenty of sleep and keep warm..it’s awful when you see your children not well 🤧 I hope your daughter gets better soon x

Zoe, do you use any kind of humidifier? What about using essential oils in a diffuser? Have you ever heard of "Theives"? You might google those kind of thing to see if your whole family might benefit. Blessings, & praying everyone gets well quickly!!

Icelollies if they have a sore throat and can't swallow. Make some with their favourite juice. Frozen bits of banana or strawberry or whatever fruit they fancy to suck. You can even make lollies with the crystals you get if you are dehydrated.

Baby vapour rubs good put it on their feet n put socks on works brilliant also you can buy plug ins for Florence to help her through night bless her horrible getting colds at her age poor Erin hope you are feeling better soon pineapple juice is excellent for sore throat n tonsillitis I always use it as I get tonsillitis alot good shopping haul zoe don't know how you remember it all bless you xxx

My mom used to soak brown paper in camphorated oil and place it on our chest under the vest it was brilliant for relieving blocked noses and chest coughs I'm sure we smelt rotten after it so not saying you should do it but it worked lol
My Mom use to rub Vicks Vapor rub, don't remember it working that well I use Vicks in our vaporizer for my kids when they were young. My grand daughter loved it so much when she would visit she would tell me her nose is stuffy, so cute. Get well soon everyone.

Oh my gosh that olbas oil was dear compared to Home Bargains. Hope Erin feeling better soon and you Ben. Seems this year has been nothing but viruses and bugs everywhere. Take care all. x

damn just done my asda online delivery and realised i forgot onions and just essential choc mousse (james will go nuts lol), i had to laugh when you said if we run out of coffee, the world ends....so very true haha xx

Hey from Adelaide south Australia 🇦🇺, I hope everyone gets better soon we r getting hotter weather and had our air conditioning fixed the other day
They do sell it at Aldi.
Hi Zoe with erin if she doesn't want to drink try giving her ice poles not ice cream it will cook her throat down and give her some fluids . I'm like you when ever my kids are ill I let them eat whatever they want as long as they eat xx

How much is your average weekly shop, we are a family of 5 and we spend between £120-£150. Feeding kids isn’t cheap😂
Mr Kipling cakes are so expensive here in Australia 🇦🇺 $ 5.50 for 4 little cakes.
Ben my 3 yr old granddaughter doesn't eat fruit maybe an apple chopped up but she eats the Heinz fruit pots so happy days that's what we give her

I haven't been able to get Tesco cream crackers both types for at least 6 weeks. It's awful the way people are being so ill. My friend's husband has gone into hospital for the 3rd time in 2 months. He has RVS which usually only affects children, but adults are getting it now. I blame covid when we were wearing masks, so we haven't been able to fight infections. Hope they recover soon. xx

Iceberg lettuce is more expensive here than other lettuce. It’s $5.99 for iceberg lettuce and $4.99 for a nice red lettuce. Last spring they were like $2.50. The prices here in Canada are insane

What a great shop think they sell oil for baby flo and everyone with colds bunged up noses in poundland and in savers think you had put it under lock and key Ben couldn't you use Vic on flos back I'm sure I used it on my lad and the grandkids when they were small I used tonhst put a tiny bit on there backs and it seemed tohelp them you can buy cheapo Vic from poundland it's even in same jar .zoe stockwell baked beans and sausage taste really nice they are from tesco love fran I hope the sickies all get well soon

You guys must not be meat eaters. My family would starve if what you bought could be school lunches and evening meats. I really don't see how you could feed that many at least two meals a day on that grocery haul. I am not trying to be mean; I honestly couldn't feed my four with that.
I can see meals and enough to feed there family or any family, there was jacket potato’s curry pasta saurce a sandwich stuff snacks breakfast stuff did u watch the same haul 😂🤦♀️
Oh chicken burgers,fish, chicken nuggets, sausages chips potato letters, if you couldn’t feed a family of 4 for a week of this you definitely need to think 😂

The care and the way Ben and Zoe look after their children very well and they don’t go on about money asking for handouts you need to watch some other blogs when people are constantly moaning about how many children and cost Ben and Zoe never do that. Ben and Zoe please don’t feel you have to justify some of the things you buy like the fruit pots for little Agnes’s at least you are getting fruit down her and that’s great and baby Flo with her food you feed her what she likes and enjoys and you can see she is growing into a beautiful healthy little girl. Some people are so judgemental and it is uncalled for.

Millions of children grow up vegetarian and are perfectly fine ( including mine). I’m sure these kids are just fine too with what they eat in their home.
