The last 8 years could've been progressing this country and we'd be winding down 2 terms of this man reforming this place and society to one whole place and helping get social infrastructure that we all need and reign in the corporations and billionaires. Right? Only sociopaths are billionaires and higher up millionaires. That money is need for things that benefit the people of this country, not corporations. Train older people too! Some of us are in dead-end jobs that we've been at for 20+ years and still posses "no marketable skills!" Loyalty is not valued. Hard work is not valued. Innovation is not rewarded and not valued except where required by law (such as at Boeing with patents). I mean... where can someone go with letter carrier skills? Uber Eats? Amazon? FedEx? UPS? Nope to all except Uber Eats, where I already work to keep my roof, composed of wooden shingles instead of polyethylene tarpaulin. The rest require years before reaching USPS benefits and wages, so I'd have to start over as if I'm an unskilled worker. BTW - that's the dark side of unions, which are exclusionary to "protect" those who have been there longer. In simpler terms, there is no transfer of skills that gets recognized, only the amount of time you put in. smh
