    I had nightmare last night. It was horrible cause I watched my childhood when my ego was weakest in the dream. It's gotten overwhelm me. I meditated with the video just now on my bed before sleep. I definitely got better so wanted to say that THANK YOU SO MUCH. I can get out of the anxiety now :)

      Omg... I had a nightmare too. Thank you for being transparent. We did have the Full Wolf Moon and we are in Mercury Retrogade. So the energies are heavy. Sending you peace vibes and a warm embrace

    This is my go to meditation. I’ve listened to it at least 20 times. I think it’s because you mention the back and that is where most of my pain is. Thank you.

    Thank you so much. I am currently in a rough part of my life and this meditation made me feel something I haven’t felt in so long. After I finished the 10 minutes I just opened my eyes, felt peace, and started crying. My body needed to release some of this stress, so thank you. I am so grateful. Namaste.

    Man, I could listen to these meditations all day long.
    Your voice is so incredibly soothing, relaxing and accepting (part of the content of the meditation)... I've been recording my own voice doing imagery meditations and the difference between how I feel with these meditations vs the ones I am doing....no contest... 😂

    I love your videos so much. I am never able to get into a deep meditation on my own, but if I use these videos, I have no problem at all. Listening to the voice for the first 10 minutes helps me so much to get into the right state of mind.

    I really appreciate this! I have a big surgery coming up next week. It's for my legs and chronic pain. I'm a little nervous but I have good vibes. When all is said and done, I'll have a much higher quality of life! I hope everyone has a good 2022!!!

    Yesterday was the anniversary of my mom's death and for a moment I didn't realize it until my son said Mom what's today and I said February 8th without realizing it's the anniversary of Grandma's death 💔 I feel bad so I prayed to my mom to ask her forgiveness and to God to forgive me I always have so much on my mind meditation does work it is the better part of my day helps me to relax and face anything that comes my way and I don't say why me I say try me... 🙌❤🙏💥 God bless you Always 🙏 ❤

    I must admit I never really liked the entire "energy" thing in relations to meditation and wellbeing it just seemed too... out there I guess, but you talking about the energy swirling around me and allowing it to enter my body, that visualization actually seemed to help me become even more mindful so thank you. :)

    Omg does she ever stop talking? It’s to the point where her constant yammering and her overly theatrical tone of voice is a distraction. You can hardly go within with her just talking away. Keep the language instructional and allow the person to have the space to go within.
