I can't say enough about these guys, the best technical support you'll ever find ! They take care of you like it should be! No pressing 1 for this, no pressing 2 for that department, in fact when you contact them you may get responses from multiple people, they don't play around they get you up and running! I have had one for several years but I do not use it regularly because every time i try to use it it does not control my 9700 properly. the up and down frequencies are wrong. The mode is wrong. it just does not work!
We have offered many times to get on a zoom call with us. You have not taken us up on the offer. As I stated many times please email us. We will get on a zoom call with you. At some point you were going to contact Icom to have your radio repaired. Again you never got back to us.

This is a great piece of equipment for a satellite station. Makes everything a lot easier.
