OMG, the rotor control is the S.A.T.'s best feature! Sorry you weren't able to demo it. It is amazing that they've packed rig control, rotor control and logging all into this one little box. I love mine. Great video!
Great presentation! The SAT sounds great for the Yeasu AZ EL rotor, but I'm looking for portability, i.e. field day perhaps using the Arrow antenna. Are there any small controller options that the SAT will interface? Thanks.
Can this controller handle 2 different radios at the same time? Some satellites have their downlink on HF bands and uplink on VHF bands so it would be nice to have doppler correction on both 7300 and 9700
Sean, love the video. Looking at getting S.A.T. What radio are using for this video? Also, can you explain your CURRENT antenna used for satellites. I have to start simple. Thanks Ron L. KN4ZUJ
Sean what;'s the benefit of this over SATpc32? also I have a couple of M2 eggbeaters is this worth it if I don't have a rotor??Thanks! WA6RSV Thanks! WA6RSV (PS the radio is an Icom-9700)
With SATPC32 you need the RS-232 interface box With the SAT you don't. It is very user friendly and easy to update your TLE file. It is also easy to edit you frequencies
Yes, there are plans to support other radios. We recently acquired a Kenwood TS-2000 and we were going to start with that one. However, I do not yet have a timeframe for that since it requires a hardware change. The electrical connection to the Kenwood is quite different from Icom.
Hi Sean ! KX9X Im jimmy VE2XXQ , And i have this question for you . I can easely reach some satellites and clearely communicate with other Ham when the sat comes toward me . But as soon as the satellite is going away from me the signal is really hard to pick up and sometimes i can listen to poeple talk but i cant no longer communicate with them . This problem is more frequent when using 2m uplink and 70 cm downlink . Im using 2 baofengs with an Arrow antenna . 73 ! VE2XXQ FN46RX

I've found the guys at CSN Technologies very responsive and supportive.
Sean, I enjoyed the product review and demonstration! 73 my friend, de KD0ZW EN31cn
Sean: Great video on the SAT. I may look at getting one for my IC-9100.
great overview and demo, looks like a solid addition to your new shack.
Nicely done. Thanks, Sean.
Sean you create such great videos! Thank you! K9EZ
Hello Sean,
Great video.
Where did you obtain the Morse Codse poster?
Keep up the great work.

Not a complete review without rotor control. When can we expect a complete review with the az/el rotor connected? Thank you.

No it can not not at this time
Do you have any links on what makes a good satellite contact? I'm new to amateur radio, hoping to read a transcript of a 'proper' QSO.
Sean, would be sweet if they would work with two FT 818s
Did you release pt2 with the asm alt antenna?

Any support for Kenwoods (TM-D700, TH-D7, TH-D74)?
