    love the concept. never heard of this recipe until now. Any way to make this less calorie dense?

      Thank you for tuning in! You could use a lower calorie dense oil such as coconut oil, it would just alter the taste a little bit but would still be good. Also, the thinner the fry bread, the better, so potentially dilute it down with water before pouring in or start off with discard that comes from a starter with a higher water ratio. It’d be fun to explore!
