You are having a little trouble releasing the bag because you are not releasing the vacuum built up in the chamber. There is a button on the top left that you can press (left or right or maybe down) to release the vacuum pressure...then the lid can open to release easily. Can the sealer us 11" bags?

Hello Renea, I enjoyed watching your review and demonstration on the Moer Sky vacuum sealer. Do you have any updates or have you had any issues with this product? I'm looking for a vacuum sealer for moderate use at least for now. Do you still have and or use yours today? If not any suggestions for a first time vacuum sealer purchaser? I have always done my own vacuum sealing by using a straw and good freezer bags. I suck the air out with the straw and then seal the rest of the bag as I pull the straw out. Works pretty good but I'm tired of sucking. There is a joke in there somewhere! If you have any suggestions or information it would be appreciated! Thank You, Darin
5 minutes before I got to your video, I tried the same sealer. I watched TH-cam videos because I couldn't read the small print. I sealed 4 hot dogs. It did so so. I tried something else and it did nothing. Some videos said to press down on the top as it's sealing. Still didn't work.
Does it stay sealed? I have had vacuum sealers that would suck all the air out. Then after a day or so it would be unsealed and full of air again. I have one now that stays sealed. Let us know.
Mine will not vacuum for me for the life of me! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It will just seal and not vacuum. My boyfriend can get it, I emulate the same thing, and I can't get it! :(

I actually have this sealer it's wonderful, it's lightweight and easy to use.
Can you use any brand bag? I need one of these and you cant beat this price!
This is the perfect vacuum sealer for me. Works fine,smaller size. I live in an apartment.
Hi from England, you push the rubber nipple to one side to break the vacuum when you have finished, the lid should open easily then.

Awesome video. Just picked up mine on Amazon for $10. Was skeptical at first since it was so cheap but this video gave me a lot of hope

Directions says to hold down lightly in the middle to start vacuum quickly! Going to try some venison tomorrow! Hope mine works as well as yours!

How far are you ment to put the bag in because I cant get it to suck any air out. It just makes the noise then seals it.
I have always wanted one this one looks awesome light weight.
You have to push that little nipple button as you called it, before you open it after sealing a bag. It an exhaust button.
