Next time you're in Tagaytay, you guys should check out TAAL VISTA HOTEL! For me Taal Vista still has the best views of Taal Volcano and the lake. I just couldn't forget the views and my experience there because Taal Volcano seems super close and just within reach. The views in Taal Vista are pretty epic and much better than what you've seen in Escala. The views from their garden and main terrace are super stunning. You should definitely see it for yourselves!
