Idk how people take so long to achieve full front lever. I achieved in 3 months approx. with good technique and form. But it should be noted that he came from a good base of pulling basics and core strength, and I'm ±1,70. It would be nice to also talk about the knee lock (or straight knees) to keep the legs straight and about the pointing of the feet to make it look prettier. Good video, very technically.
Wow great video!!! My question according to the 4 weeks of load that was applied within the microcycle are high impact loads or high loads. That is my question. I would also like to know the approximate intensity... of those weeks called load weeks.
@@sthenics_ Few questions if you don't mind, Do you think one can get a good front lever without doing any front lever pull ups? also did you guys program any front lever with bands for him? or front lever negatives? wonder if are they worthy exercises to achieve front lever
Great content! It's obvious you are experienced and your channel is new, hopefully, more people get to see your content. Do you have courses? Or online coaching programs?
Can i progress for the FL by just doing weighted chin up and advance tuck front lever pull pull up and raises fron adv tuck FL to inverted hang? I tested myself i can do one leg advance tuck FL.

genetics are everything. some people, even if they are 170-175 will never achieve the frontlever sadly. Thank you!!
Awesome 🤩
very interesting, great video!
thanks!
How did he increase both weighted pull ups and front lever, like what sets and reps would he do weekly of pull ups and front lever holds
check out our case studies! you will find answers there! generally- 2x week weighted pullup- 2-max 3x week frontlever 8-28 sets
@@sthenics_ is it better to do both exercises in the same workout or on different days?
very good video! could younplease share the scapula work because the right activation is the most difficult part for me 😅
If you look at our video "evidence based training session" Patrick has that exercise in his plan! (towards the end of the video)

as a general guidline- keeping 3 reps in reserve in w1, then around 2, 2 or 1 in week 3 and 1 or 0 in w4 :) same with the seconds
