Thx for the review! In your description I believe you linked to the wrong bag, i.e. the Ortlieb Commuter Daypack City, but in the video you reviewed the Ortlieb Commuter Daypack Urban. Any idea what the main difference is between these two is beyond the materials? I believe the Urban uses cordura which is more solid and lighter than the nylon used in the City (please correct me if I'm wrong though).

Difference is only the material. Urban is made of Cordura which has a more comfortable touch.

Sad to say he passed away 2 weeks ago. He lived for 15.5 years. We are in the process of getting a German Shorthair Pointer puppy. Will be making some videos with him in it at some point.

There is a high visibility version where the black material has reflective fibres woven in.

Just checked the price of the reflective version. Ridiculously expensive

Is the 21 liters big enough? I know Ortlieb also makes a 24 liter backpack as well. Also, you mentioned you run with that backpack. How comfortable is it for running?

I just use the backpack to carry my stuff to run from a local shop. While you can run with it, it wouldn't be my choice for a running backpack. I would want something smaller and more form-fitting like a Camel Back or something designed for running.

thank you for the video. do you think it would be a good bag for a college student? If I have a 13-inch mac pro and an 11 inch iPad pro, or should I get the 21 0r 27 L. Do you know of any bags you would suggest for College students. Thank you

      Hey Philena,
To be honest no. I think the fact that since the Orleb has limited pockets it would be a letdown. While the backpack is super waterproof and fits great, there are other backpacks that I think would be better for organizing your stuff.

Hey, could you tell me what fits into this backpack? Like a laptop, light jacket, 1 litre bottle, some food for a day- would it fit or not?

Hey WeirdUniCorN - What you describe should all fit no problem.

There's a 21L amd a 27L model. I found the 21L to be too small but the 27L perfect as a daily bag
