Got mine in 1977. She was a bit crusty and rusty. I was in high school and working part-time. But I saved up and got new paint and body work. My guardian angel was working overtime. That car was so bad ass! She would bark the tires at 40 mph when I jumped on it. I would take my friends for a ride and nail it when they weren't expecting it. "Holy Shit" was the reply every time. Man, I miss that car!
Looks like a perfect 10. My jaw dropped at its stunning beauty. The 70SSChevelle was my dream car as a kid and finally in '01 I located one in a barn and talked the guy out of it. An all num match SS396 L-78, cranberry red code 75, w/cowl ind, & fact ac. Its in process of frame off. Ive uploaded the orig bill of sale on my channel, showing the options, i found in glove box. I think the 70 ChevelleSS is the ultimate muscle car-396 or 454. And the more orig, the better, mine still had T3headlights.
Yea but they're easy to change to buckets. I see a lotte ls6s and l78s with bench seat 4spds really. It was js an un optioned race car mostly anyways. I know of a few bucket seat 4spd cars with no console..... factory also
I had a 70 Chevelle SS 396 4 speed back in 1986 bought for 3 Grand. Sadly it was crushed by a drunk driver just sitting in front of the house minding it own.I didn't even own it a year. Wish it had turned out different.
This is a nice clone. The build sheet is likely a fabrication. Your in house restoration shop needs to up their game too. This car is worth $30K. Its a Malibu, a nice Malibu with a big block. If it was real and a good deal, you would have sold it by now.

this car along with the 70 gto judge the two greatest a-body mustlecars imo.
She's stunning. If I had the cash I'd walk in today... Perfect color combo as well.
I like LS6 plus procharger supercharger and nos injection.(And suspension from hotchkis). My few tweaks.
shouldn't it have a factory tach
Nice vid and LS5, i would love to have this but prefered LS6
I would rather have the ,454 450 for sure painted black like this one
The whole thing went south on me when he opened the door to reveal the bench seat!
Mike Brady i had one but it had console in middle.im with you,the bench just turns it into a family sedan for some reason
