I am an Emergency Physician in gulf, all critical pts in ICU/CCU in all over world is normally die in early morning, near 3 to 5 am, in between thajud and fajar, the reason is that in that period of time most of the cardiac pts are in live support drips, and most of staff have a short nap at that time, and most of critical pts will die in early morning because they are in deep sleep and silent MI and Sudden cardiac death (SCD), are very common in all over the world.
