I love the idea of being able to rent a space for a night or two to try out a tiny house. Tiny houses always seems so interesting but I've never actually have spent the night in one. I can't wait to see the other houses in this village! Awesome tour!
I am so happy to see you back! I would love a little village as this one for living, not for paying someone else to sleep here. I hope one day in the near future for my area here in Ohio. In the mean while this is great for those not sure of what they would like in the Tiny House arena and of course for those looking to get away too. Welcome back.
This is the future for a lot of people for many reasons: 1) choice over having to work 2-4 jobs for most people (couples) that don't make over $50K a year as a "husband -wife team", 2) the choice to live...and not "work" for one's entire life....chasing money,.... 3) not having more than one needs to have fun..."in the eye of the beholder"... 4) mobility,...perhaps at retirement or even during one's youth,...with a traveling job.... 5) less "crap" to break down,...keep up with (maintenance) of "crap".... 6) being able to leverage the outdoors with small: decks, play areas, grilling, etc. 7) less outdoor maintenance; no more lawns to cut....wasting 6-10 hours a month...or paying someone to do that nonsense. paying someone to fertilize...then paying someone to "cut the lawn that was fertilized" is absurd.....think about it. 8) Gives people more time to write "their' thoughts,...like I'm doing now". LOL. 9) One can spend more time and resources on their' families pursuits,...and not just on "more Capitalistic Stuff, garbage and overly exploitative 'marketed crap" that is wrecking society. Buy one good thing in each necessary category...and be done with it. It would be better to rent a small storage center, near your house...than to have all that crap to clean, store in one's McMansion,....etc, etc. 10) One no longer needs to keep pursuing college degrees that have decreasing "ROI's"...and they really don't do much any longer....certainly as compared to the past "returns on investment". We're in need of more people that have "hand skills; carpenters, builders, welders, electricians, etc....not people with medical degrees...who kill us with drugs and modern testing equipment. Yeah...I've been through the ringer....hasn't most everyone in America today?
Are you guys doing an HGTV show? I love that channel and saw y'all on one of the shows, definitely my go-to choice. I can't wait to watch the rest of the tours. You guys started my slight obsession with tiny homes since the start of your videos, and that journey has led me to design several as a hobby. I totally missed seeing you guys posting videos, glad to see you! :)
I was wondering about the twin bed myself. There has to be storage under it, but accessed form where, bathroom, outside or do you lift up the mattress ?
Hi 😃 I ♥ with tiny houses. Actually I'm persuading my husband to build our own tiny house. We're not from USA so will be different but as excellent as these ones.
Hi Jenna, love your channel, but could you give more tours of tiny houses that are for sale? That would really help people who want to live in a tiny house, find good tiny house company and/or builder.
LOL!!! "She got fat"?!?! Look at her face, neck and arms. She's as fat as Shaquile O Neal is short and skinny. She's very safe from "fat"... probably 20 to 30 pounds from even average.
Are you and Guillaume still together? It didn't look like him running the camera in the window reflection and I haven't seen you two together in a video for quite a long time.
I've recently decided to start a channel dedicated to your guys tiny houses, I'd like you to email me to discuss more details about what shall be done in the video!
I am sorry, but the smallest place I can comfortably live in, is 600 sq-ft. Anything smaller, and it'll feel like a personal jail cell. I think I'll build mine from 4 20-feet shipping containers in the shape of a + sign, built around a circular internal sun-room garden. Sort of like a Mars outpost. one container for each; kitchen, bedroom, office and lab, bathroom and living room. Can you do a video on new shipping container builds around the country? Looking for inspirations.
KalebCanadian yeah, I love sarcasm and totally missed it.. the 'SMH' bit makes it look more serious. I always appreciate some sarcasm, though and it's nice to see a plesant back and forth on here - that's, sadly, becoming less and less common!
Girlonpurpleyoshi222 My parents are encountering it actually! It's great for a first home if you get them cheap. My parents and I bought a shed and turned it into a tiny house. It will in a couple years be a mother-in-law suite, and I will be off to college. When I graduate, it'll be on wheels and ready to take with me for my first home. I just need to rent/own a small piece of land to put it on. I highly encourage the idea, especially if starting out on your own. Even if your parents don't like it, tell them how much you can save by owning one.
I'm a parent encouraging my lads to do it, one way or another in order for them to have financial freedom when they complete their degrees etc. But most importantly as a parent, I want them to do what is comfortable for them, whether or not I agree or find it comfortable. They should not live their lives trying to please me. It would make them into people always trying to please others. You never know, if you introduce the idea early, they may grow into it and be hugely supportive. My mother was shocked when I decided to homeschool my kids. After a year of seeing how well they were doing compared to school, she bought us a really nice BBQ to say how proud they were of us going against the grain and doing what was best for our boys. =)

Excited to see the rest of the tiny houses!
I hope you guys have a bunch of new videos to share with us. I really miss the frequent videos.

I could live in this myself and perfectly happy.
My Hood is my favorite place to ski in June and now will be my favorite tiny house stop!

Seeing you guys upload again made my day! ☺️
Very pumped to see new content from you guys! And awesome video, I'll be looking into this place :)
I've been wondering where the heck you two were..glad to see you again !
I like the kitchen, especially the refrigerator. Also like the downstairs bedroom.
The Atticus house is surprisingly nice inside! I wish I lived in Oregon!

Where the heck have you been.....I mean.....great to c u back!
I want to see how they make that twin bed. Let's see a video about cleaning a tiny house, making beds, dusting all those books and crannies.
I was wondering about the twin bed myself. There has to be storage under it, but accessed form where, bathroom, outside or do you lift up the mattress ?
Kenny Shronce But how does one even lift it up? I can't image myself having enough leverage to do so!
Utilities are located under the twin bed. Accessible from a door on the bottom of the bed and from the outdoors I believe.
Haven't we already seen this place? If so, it's good to see it again!
I could live in Atticis (it's big enough), but I'd probably sleep in the storage area. I love the design of the tiny home as well. :)
awesome picture of tiny fun
Really Nice. I wish they were closer to Maryland. Love your dark hair.
love the spare bed. Thanks for info about Tumbleweed. If I ever do this it will be turnkey :)
Why do Tumbleweeds always feel so claustrophobic? I like the bathroom setup though. Also its a poor choice to put a heater/AC above electronics
Hi 😃 I ♥ with tiny houses. Actually I'm persuading my husband to build our own tiny house. We're not from USA so will be different but as excellent as these ones.
Very nice home. Little maar heerlijk knus. Greetz from Holland.
Let's see them all!..
I love the layout!!

Looks beautiful as always, not at all fat! :) But the outfit does make me curious about if there's a little one on the way ;)
Ha! It's poncho weather people.
LOL!!! "She got fat"?!?!

I thought the lounge area was lacking in comfy seating
I've recently decided to start a channel dedicated to your guys tiny houses, I'd like you to email me to discuss more details about what shall be done in the video!
You are free to share our videos in a playlist you create on your channel but you are not allowed to re-upload any of the content in our videos.

The town it is in is called Welches.

A person would have to be extremely skinny to get in and out of the first floor bedroom.
are you 25 ?
❤
Urggh .. i prefer spacious room . . And ya which i can stand .. .
Barefoot in a renters bathroom.
Bold!
Self build home are more cheaper
"That you can see in future videos" Yeah okay see you in 2 months I guess... SMH!!!!!
KalebCanadian complaining about something you're getting for free huh?
Guillaume Dutilh Nah it must of come off wrong I was trying to make a joke
KalebCanadian my bad :P carry on :)
Guillaume Dutilh its okay I can see where it sounded a little rude.. xD
KalebCanadian yeah, I love sarcasm and totally missed it.. the 'SMH' bit makes it look more serious. I always appreciate some sarcasm, though and it's nice to see a plesant back and forth on here - that's, sadly, becoming less and less common!
This I feel is miss leading ... It is more of a tiny cabin , for campers , not for every day living !
It feels really cramped. And for a holiday there is no privacy at all.
The idea of people sharing land with their own th on it could be great.
I WANT TO LIVE IN TINY HOUSES BUT I DONT THINK MY PARENTS WOULD BE HAPPY ABOUT THAT...😕
same

So normal sized people & fat people wouldn’t fit..! But dwarfs do..! Okay 👌🏻
