Myth units get +20% base hp and damage on reaching Heroic + Mythic ages, so the Bull Minotaurs went from 420 to 480hp (normal Minotaur is 320hp) and 17 to 21 damage. Pretty strong. Really hard for Norse to counter heavy myth unit + archer comps.
Yeah you need a beefy frontline(I prefer jarls even though they're expensive) + Godi, but that's hard to get to when you get the early pressure from myth units and can't comfortably hit Heroic. Boit came in with a focused gameplan and executed it almost perfectly.
