If you want to use a cheaper cut of meat, I tend to slice the beef nice and thin against the grain. Works for me!

1C3 C07D If you use a cheaper cut of meat and slice it thinner, it’s won’t be as tough and chewy as if you were to slice a cheaper cut of meat into thick slices and have to spend ages trying to get it down.

1C3 C07D I’m really not sure what you mean. If you’re buying cheap beef, you’re not going to get more out of it cause it’s thicker? It’s the same amount of beef just sliced slightly thinner?
