I have looked at soooo many of these patterns by other people and haven't settled on any particular one due to either the stitches used, fringed, permanent hood, etc... but, you have given me the tips that are inspiring me to plan my pocket shall. I really like how it wraps around your shoulders... like a hug!! I am on the petite side, so I have to go on the short side. Your wingspan isn’t the same as your height. It varies for everyone. In basketball they look for players with a longer wingspan.

You have really inspired me to go ahead with making my personal pocket shawl. I still hafta decide on a stitch though, and, I never thought about having a detachable hoodie.
