Really interesting sirens at 0:00 and 1:11 . They remind me of the sirens that Firefighters and Ambulances have here in Italy, but they also make me think that, back in the days when Firefighters had horse drawn carriages, someone on said carriages, or preceding them, would play this melody with a bugle or something, and the melody carried over to firetrucks' sirens because it was still very recognizable. Can it be the case?
