The Solfeggio frequency of 528Hz, also called the “Miracle Tone”, is the frequency of self love, transformation and positivity. It can help heal old negative energies and replaces them with new and pure positive energy. It also helps to build and strengthen self-confidence and thus increases ease in any manifestation of goals and objectives to be achieved.
Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. They are a tone sequence of special tonal frequencies. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. The music in this video was composed in the third tone of the ancient Solfeggio frequency scale: The tone “Mi” at 528Hz.

I have trouble standing up for myself. I always feel guilty afterwards. I worry about being perfect and nice all the time. I worry that if I object to something or disagree with someone no one will love me anymore. When I act vulnerable and be genuine I am so scared that someone will see my true self. I doubt that they would like what they see. I feel so uncomfortable and lonely.
