I've been on this spiritual journey since I was about 15-16 and am now 26 years old. God and life is good, we are one. Today I let go of fear, rejection, self-hate, and unforgiveness. It's a new chapter in my life, I start my new position on 03/18. I think this music is helping me with my grieving over my husband. He passed away rather suddenly almost 5 months ago and instead of getting better, lately it feels worse. This tone made me realise that I know longer have to feel guility or ashamed of who I am because of the addictions I have, they do not define me as I thought they did, I am not a bad person because of my addictions, just makes me realise that I am human because of my addictions, my addictions are not stopping me from being happy, I am the one stopping me from being happy, because I don't like myself because of my addictions, first step in healing myself from all of my addictions is to start loving myself so I realise that I am worthy of a loving, happy, free life, rather then telling myself I am worthless and then proceed to use one of my addictions as a coping mechanism

this video has helped me heal as i listened I cried and thought about how badly others have treated me and i realized that it was a reflection of their pain and let it out on me something told me that im not bad & to love myself unconditionally. I asked why did my exes always want to stay with me or beg to come back when they abused me and it told me because i am not bad im a good person and deep down they knew that even tho they treated me as if I was worthless. I am learning to love myself the 1st comment I saw on here was from a man who lost his wife from cancer which is a sign for me since i survived cancer. God wants me to love myself and to know that I have a purpose also to forgive and love myself as well as others

Love everyone as much as you love yourself. I didnt like to feel negative energy, ive now embraced people pain so i can learn to live with it to help those who need positive energy. If you high in love you give that back to everyone and remember to love everyone even the ones who hurt you the most, We are a collective and we all live here together as one big tribe

My dad is fighting COVID right now and it sucks seeing him cough so badly, too weak to get up and walk to eat. But he does it anyway, he’s a strong man.. BUT STUBBORN! It’s amazing to see that after 15min (after secretly going in to his room to play this in the background while he slept) his coughing seized all together and slept thru the night!! In the mornings I play 7 chakra balancing frequencies in my room loud so he can hear it whenever his coughing gets bad. I would like to ask a favor..It would mean the world to me if we could all, for just a moment in time, create the feeling with our hearts in the belief as if my father is already healed.. I carry the thought in my head everyday but I know it would have a greater impact if I had support creating the feeling within the heart❤️ I appreciate all the compassion here:)
