tf2 in Finland must be censored such as body parts exploding into springs, shooting enemies doesn't produce blood but sparks, blood stains on walls are erased, bullet marks on players are like shooting iron. tf2 in germany do the same thing just like Finland
That looks like crithack. Curious how you get crits when shooting at the enemy while low, at the random spy and then get none while blindly spamming the choke. Crithack doesn't give you crits unless you hold down a button. The reward for your damage output would have been still active and you should have fired at least one crit while blindly spamming the choke.

Looks like you used different configs before mine.
Google this problem. TF2 remembers old configs even if you remove it.

according to someone else (so dont take my word for it), censorship has to be applied to tf2, hence the exploding into cogs

Yeah he def has crit hacks, every time he has a medic with a kritzkrieg behind him he gets %100 crits for a few seconds, definitely odd tbh
