A tip for selecting a fresh fish. If the eyeballs are clear and still look lively the fish has been freshly caught. If the eyeballs have a misty discolouration to them its an older fish
Went there today. Purchased a mahi mahi or dolphin fish as they are called. We got a mud crab too and a steak of tuna. Cant remember how much each was. But for the 3 of them was about $150,000. You then take your catch to one of the grills where they charge you to cook and eat it at their eatery. Was about 150,000rp to cook including a few drinks. Mahi mahi is a very sustainable fish to eat. They grow from 3cm to 6cm in a week. From 6cm to over a metre in a year and 20 kilograms.
