4 buckets 5 at most should fill that truck.he should level the machine up and then it would make it more efficient,or get rid of him and get a proper operator in the saddle

rogerofrhodri Out here in Alberta, Canada we will hire almost anyone who can swing a hoe, there is such a shortage of operators that companies have no choice. In the end, the job gets done and the operators gain experience. As long as no one gets hurt and the job gets done, they are happy up here. The pay is good too :)
Here in Alberta, Canada a good operator can make $35-$40/hour in town and more if he/she works in camp up North for the oil an dgas companies. We've been spoiled by the oil boom over the last few years.

a 14 meter cubic truck, we usually load it up to 16, we have 6 or 8 trucks per machine, so a soon as you load one, the other one is already waiting for its load,. this guy in the video would be fired in less than an hour loading that way, he doesn't even know how to set up flat that machine and the truck is way to far also halfs of buckets, like we said in mexico, THE DOGS OPEN THEIR EYES IN 15 DAYS, THE STUPIDS , NEVER!!!
Jay Allen He's keeping up with the trucks so who cares? I've seen fast operators who take out tarps, side boards and are very hard on the machines. I'd rather see smooth operators who are careful and easy on the equipment. Everyone gets better with time, everyone can't start out an expert.
I said nothing about his speed, only that he needs to fill the bucket, he could fill the truck in 6 full scoops in half the time "obviously" than 12 half scoops, and no, novice operators don't usually start out on machinery like that

In México I run a 345c, I load 230 ir more 15mts3 trucks a day, having a easy day.
