Great episode in this series! I never knew that this railroad was built so recently in the grand scheme of things, not to mention having their own cabooses. It's always important to highlight the smaller railroads in history, and I can't wait for what comes next.
Thanks for the history of that railroad. As an old carbuff, I wondered if kaiser steel of eagle mountain was the same as the Kaiser automobile. Now I know😊 He also created the Henry j auto.
The numberboards and headlight above the cab for one of the U30Cs is in the Coachella Valley Model Railroad club. They did a good job fixing and illuminating it
I’d travel out to AZ and always noticed we seemed to be train tracks out in the desert. Which was by Red Cloud Mine Rd.. great video. I tried looking up about it a few years ago.. and this was pretty recent with 10 months 😂
Great video, the music is a little bit too loud though. Over all a very informative video my friend! Side note: A few people now use sections of the Eagle Mountain RR for recreation using their homemade Rail Carts to travel along it!
Holy crap! Was an entire minute of fuzzy potato copied photos and video with an annoying noise really necessary following the 30 second introduction? If I encounter any more of that, I'll immediately stop watching to give it a thumbs down and look for something else to watch.

I believe an SW1200 exists in storage at Eagle Mountain. Could have the model wrong.
