That's a TerraTrike and it is actually a Rover with a Tandem attachment. Look it up under terratrike website -> products-> Rover . They also sell another tandem that is higher-end, but the Rover has the advantage of either being a single trike or a tandem.

The VA is trying to get me a trike . I hope that this will do me a lot of good with my PTSD and my physical problem's . That is if they can get me one . No the VA is not giving me one but to use it with the VA program and I can take it home and use it there as well . Please keep me in your prayers that I get one . My girl friend has one and I like it but it is vary hard for me to get in it because it sets to low . It's the old KMX that is black square tube or box tube . I love her trike and she lets me ride it some but it is hers not mine . I need one that is a bit off the ground and not 6 inches like hers . By the way I was looking on You Tube to see some recumbent trikes and found this wonderful film . I just cant wait . I hope I get one . I spend all my money to live . From providing transportation to places I need to be trips to the VA when I cant get a DAV ride . I cant afford to drive my truck a lot so it sets a lot I maybe a month before I drive it . There are days I dont drive because of fear . The state has not taken my drivers lic away yet . I hope they dont when I go back to get my lic renewed . I just feel better to be around people that have the same problems I face daily . I like the simple Trerra Trac and I like all the ones that sets up a little higher . Thanks For the Video . Jeff

No more than when sitting in easy chair! It's very comfortable. Notice they don't mike lounge chairs in the shape of bicycle seats. i wonder why ... ;-)

14mph on manual trikes? Have an ICE Sprint X 26 Tour , can't amagine doing 14 average where I live in hilly Scotland.

Seriously, I'd rather ride my Pinarello road bike. As I age however, I may convert to a high-performance trike. So I wouldn't find a recumbent more comfortable, just different.
