The Scorpions have no equal really, they own their style but this album in particular just fitted with the melodic mood of that time. Personally one of my favorite rock flavours ever! Will always listen to them. They will always be one of my top rock bands.

Savage Amusement was my first very heavy rock record and i still cherish it dearly....beautiful songs in there, The band did an outstandig performance and i love it to this day as much as i did back then
According to my oppinion, this album is the best of the best of all Scorpions Albums. The sound of this album just a little bit smoother than others. All of songs on this album are my favourite songs since 1988 untill now...

Melodías poderosas, una mezcla de sensibilidad y actitud rockera y una honestidad que no necesita fingir nada; es una fuerza impresionante la que fluye por el álbum, acorde con la tecnología del momento en el sonido. Un inolvidable de los Scorpions, y ojalá sigan girando por muchos años más!

That's one of my favourite Scorpions albums. Can't top Love At First Sting or Taken By Force, but it's right behind them! And my fav songs from here are Rhythm Of Love, Passion Rules The Game, Media Overkill and Believe In Love.

I always loved Savage Amusement , especially the song Passion Rules The Game, as I was dating a very hot woman who lived in my apartment building. She started hitting on me, so I took her to Port Stanley on Lake Erie in my brand new IROC-Z28 Camaro back in 1988. The sunset on the water was epic, We had a blast, what great memories listening to Savage Amusement on the hour long drive to the beach with the t-tops off.
God I Wish we could go back to those years, especially with what covid has done to people's lives these days.
Cant wait till Jesus comes for His own. btw Mathias is a Christian, who would have thought that , right !!! He is an awesome person. Love the Scorpions, would love to see them one last time, maybe in Vegas in 2022 , if we are still here and not raptured by then
