You should allow the bow to lift a bit, to get air under the hull. Right now, it acts like a snowplow. If you make 1/3 of the flap hydraulic, you can adjust as you please an watch the GPS for maximum output. However, it is still a deplacement boat, weight is about 3 ton, and there will be drag, unless you convert it to a hydrofoil and install 400 hp to lift it out of the water.

I have the same broblem, my saga is also too slow. Only 11knots. Is it a 4cylinder machine and what brand?
Keep away form bad wether and strong Winds, it culd be dangerous because of severe Rocking..☠ Specially if the Vessel dos not have a Mast and Sales.
