How to get flash for free legally NEW VERSION (OUTDATED, DO NOT WATCH)

UPDATE: Apparently, this tutorial has become outdated because Adobe's currently cracking down on old Flash version downloads, probably because of the Flash Player ending support. For now, this video is outdated and it's recommended that you do not watch this video. (Or you can still watch this video if you'd like, it's totally up to you, I don't care.)
My old version is total garbage because of three reasons:
1. It has terrible, yet cringe-like background music.
2. It just shows the old version of Flash (MX 2004).
3. It's recorded in my tablet camera, so it's very bad quality.

yeah, there are different creative suite versions like cs3 and cs4, i dont think you can use a cs5 license in newer versions but i think it might work on older versions.
