Another great video with loads of fantastic stitches & amazing finds! Glad to hear Steve is feeling better & hope he continues to do so. Have a great week! 😊
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. He has been feeling fine with no other episodes except for that one time. Hope you have a great weekend ❤️
Your 1st visit? Welcome to my channel!❤️ thank you so much for watching and commenting! I hope you will enjoy my videos. The red truck was really fun to stitch. Have a great weekend
I can not remember who showed not long ago a Lucas kit they are so beautiful. Glad to hear your fur baby with the cough is getting better that is scary, and just seeing someone new has helped is awesome. just love seeing what you are working on. Have a blessed day!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Yes the luca-s kits are so nice. Kitted with nice supplies and the graphs are great. Prices are really reasonable too.
Great video. Nice WIP progress. I love that yellow fabric, it's perfect for all of those flowers. I get Luca-S emails & I am tempted, but there's just sooooo many pretty ones. The doggies are too cute! Marilyn
I got such a chuckle out of your Christmas gift that came with the assignment to make slippers. I have a couple of family members who gift me "knitting work" to do too.
Just found you, lovely. Your husband wanting to drive himself to hospital made me laugh, mine would be just the same. Hope you all stay well. Happy Stitching 😊
So fun to see your finishes. The truck turned out super cute and is very reminiscent of the Coke trucks. Your WIP rotation sounds like a good way to keep variety and yet get stuff done. I hope it keeps working for you.
Thank you for another great video. It is such a pleasure to spend time with you. Your confidence in stitching what you want when you want is refreshing. Love your good will finds. I’m sure the original stitcher would be pleased to know you are the one who will carry her stitches forward!😊
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I wondered if it was family that donated the stitching from someone who passed or maybe someone that just gave up stitching.
I am currently working on a Luca-S kit now. They really are very nice. Threads are sorted and the pattern is large and easy to read. Thanks you for your post this week. I was stitching while you were talking and I can't wait to to see the finish on a flower a day!
Hope your hubby is still doing better with that heart rate! Im slowly getting caught up with my flosstubes after traveling again. I enjoyed seeing all your stitching! You get a lot done!!!
The Flower a Day by CM is outstanding. I, too, love projects where there are motifs that you can finish quickly and then get the satisfaction of a little 'finish'. My two favorite hobbies are cross stitching and knitting, so thank you for sharing both on your video.
Love your Flower a day piece. It is so satisfying to get a motif finished and then to decide what's next! You have a great variety of projects to pick from.
Liz, you are adorable! I just love the expressions on your face 😀. I use 2.5” strips of white cotton flannel to protect my stitches from the c-clamps. I made a bunch of them and they work great! You can also curl your excess fabric back to cover your stitches. I probably wouldn’t do this on dark fabrics though, in case it leaves a mark. ❤
@@thenightlystitcher oh my, Deana. You must think I’m on glue. That was a comment I meant to leave on another video and I ended up watching yours right after , so I guess it ended up here instead. @@KellytheKnittyQuiltingStitcher lol! That's funny!🤣 I thought you just had my name wrong! You made me laugh this evening. Have a great weekend and get lots of stitching done. ❤️
I purchased that wooden arm chair tray at least five years ago. I put a piece of rubber shelf liner between it and my recliner to protect my chair, and it works great. I like your idea of gluing magnets to it. I have a magnetized bowl on mine with some stitching notions, ort container and pin cushion.
Great floss tube and your stitching Your doggies are so sweet and cute How I do my stitching my friend been doing way for few years On Monday-Wednesday we stitch what every we want Then Thursday and Friday we are stitching on a project we doing together. Then on Saturday and Sunday we doing another one together Have a great day Love your floss tube.I do count my stitches but I don’t as many as you in a year

Hi Deanna - the gridded fabric in the Luca S kit is very helpful in full coverage pieces. You can Google "full coverage stitching" and some floss tubes will show up that show you how to go about it. That might be helpful. All the Luca S charts are beautiful. I think they have artists draw them and then they translate them into cross stitch charts. That's a great idea. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm good with staying home but Steve likes to be outside doing things .I like to be outside in nice weather but it doesn't bother me to be inside doing what I want either.
Thank you for another interesting video. I love seeing your work. I checked out Luca-S and love the kits they offer; I ordered two. Thank you for your feedback regarding this company.
Love your floss tubes! And all your stitching is lovely! I also had heart palpitations for years. I kept telling the doctor about them and that when I took one, it felt like someone was chocking me and I was going to loose consciousness. He just passed it of. Then in July of last year, I went through 2 1/2 weeks of being fine one minute and on my way in an ambulance to the hospital with terrible pains in my back and stomach. Nothing came out of all the tests. I still think I was passing either a gaul stone or kidney stone. But anyway with all the tests and all the doctors that I had seen, they changed some of my meds and took me of some of them. And low and behold, my heart palpitations went away. So I think the meds were causing all the problems I was having with my heart. You might want to check your meds. Hi to Tootie and the gang also! Glad to hear Hannah is getting better!

Hi Deana... good to see your video today. Make sure Steve follows up with the Cardiologist. My husband had a heart attack 15 years ago... didn't know it until he had an EKG...had 2 blocked arteries! Loved seeing the pups. Tootie sits there on the couch. Thanks Robin, they finally called him today and he has an appt with cardiologist fen. 15th. Heart problems is a scary thing. I just left the lights on and they were not working in the middle. But I did string some over the area that was dark. It worked out ok. In fact it's still up. I usually leave it up thru Jan. It helps get me thru the dark dreary winter. So love watching your video's. On the Luca S reindeer pattern do you use 1 or 2 threads?
I'm not sure yet. I haven't taken it out of the package yet.
Was wondering how do you purchase the Just Cross Stitch magazine? If you have a subscription. Would you mind sharing who you subscribed with, there are so many I have no idea which are best. Always watch your videos. Thank you
I have been a subscriber to the magazine for so many years that I'm not sure who it would be with. You might try googling Just Cross Stitch magazine and see what you can find as far as best prices. Thanks for asking. Sorry I'm not much help!❤️
Thank you for another great video….you do such nice work. I’m working on my first Luca-s kit…the rabbit and butterfly one. Very nice kits!
Thank you Cathy, I'm excited to start my luca-s kits. But I'm not going to for a little while. ❤️
