The two principal male dancers are Shabba Doo and Boogaloo Shrimp, with other dancers from the movie "Breakin". Shabba Doo was an origianl member of the dance group, "The Lockers" which was created by Don Campbell in the early 70's using a dance style he created called locking or campbellocking. Shabba Doo was a member of the group along with Fred "Rerun" BERRY aka Mr Penguin from the TV show What's Happenin and Tony Basil who went on to sing the song Hey Mickey.
