Mam why does the primary red look like vermilion but i use the same domes company color but mine is like a normal primary red

May be your screen saturation is high... Thats why it seems like vermilion but it's actually primary red

Mam and why do you rubbed the drawing after doing it?

I used to rub the outline to erase extra graphite mark.. otherwise that extra graphite can be mixed with oil pastels which will cause a messy outcome
