picture quality is pretty good and it is easily comparable to Samsung/lg TV's there might be just 19-20 ka difference and colours quite are quite good with price consideration And talking about using it as a secondary display, i don't recommend this because the chorma sub sampling is calibrated as per tv and it looks pixelated enough to ruin the Usage experience. yeah you can but i don't suggest that, because of the Display is not sharp to view from that close distance due to low pixel density
