He's right tho! This bike is THE benchmark of 450 4-stroke MX bikes. Period. It's really fast. It's really dependable. Try finding one @any Yamaha dealer. Nearly impossible by me!

@@adamrochester1 Seems like a lot of riders are mentioning out light the new YZ450F feels in motion and how well it corners. With KYB suspension and the GYTR phone app to dial in power character might be a 300/350/450 engine in one bike...could be very very good🤞

I highly doubt they are going to have clutch problems considering Tomac was one of their guys testing the bike during its development and Ferrandis! Both are hard on clutches..
But they won't be using the stock clutch...... Going to the disk spring is a big plus as far as I'm concerned, but if you're gonna race it I would just plan on putting a Hinson, Recluse etc.... in it to make it bullet proof.
Tomac could finish a clutch in half a practice session. He's mental A.F Love it!!!
@@silkynormal5034 ya but testing would be different. He’s not out there trying to get the best time.. they all pretty much change clutches after each race. Tomac definitely beats the hell out of that Yamaha! He’s the only one that didn’t ask to have it detuned.
Hope they kept the clutch cable. Better feel and variable.
I wish Yamaha would make a 350.
I thank that was a poor remark about potential clutch issues. The clutch went slack. Well that’s because you broke it in!! Did you have clutch issues?
