Excellent. Awesome weathering, and I really liked the methods you used. Definitely will carry them over to use on some of my own builds. 👏 👏 👏

Im curious about the masking solution you used to mask off certain panel lines on the top rear part of the aircraft. It looks very poor on camera, and really distracts from the beautiful finish of the rest of the plane. I have seen this technique used before by many other modelers. Is this recreating something on the real life aircraft because it just looks so out of place. Any advice on this will be highly appreciated! But overall I LOVE the finished model!! Fantastic!!

Have you ever thought of painting the slime lights (AKA formation lights)? If you mix about 7:1:1 of Flat white, flat yellow, and Tamiya XF-21 sky with some isopropyl alcohol it gets pretty close to a weathered slime light look. Put about twice the amount of IPA as paint (so if there’s 2 oz of paint, 4 oz of IPA) into the mix. I just use an old Tamiya paint jar and it’s lasted me about 2 years so far.

Pretty good with shake and bake kits let's see you do it with monogram or Hasegawa

😀Very nice job.A lot of hard work pays off in the end. One mistake you made is the placement of the CAG D/CAG decals. Captain is a higher rank than Commander, and so would have to be the CAG and the commander the D/CAG. Or so I would have thought.

      Right.
I also found that the position of the decal changed after the work. I'll pay more attention to the next work.
