Ok this is wild...I studied abroad at U Syd (I'm from the states) and lived in Sydney Village Apartments; I fucking loved Oxford street and would frequent an Indian food restaurant nearly every day there - turns out it was NORTH INDIAN CUISINE!!! I had totally forgotten the name of the place but when it was mentioned in this video, it immediately came back to me. Ugh, the best lamb vindaloo I've ever had. What an iconic place; cheers to this video and you all for helping jog my memory :D

I don’t understand why no one has specified that rice isn’t eaten with any sort of flat bread. They’re both sort of bland. Bread with the sabzi and rice with lentils/sabzi. Putting it out for anyone who wanted to know the correct way of having a staple Indian plate
