OK, maybe I'm being a bit dramatic, but that's the reality of working on your brakes yourself! It's not that hard a job and it's one you can definitely do at home, but it's important to get it right.
Brakes are probably the most common maintenance item on a bike behind tires and oil. Even if you find you need to replace the rotors, brake work is straightforward. As long as you have a factory manual, some common sense, and the right tools to do the job, you should be all set.
If you’re still nervous, have an experienced friend help out. Generally speaking, this is one of the easier jobs to perform on a bike. I’d personally prefer to change brake pads rather than oil, so if you can get your fluids swapped by yourself, there is no reason at all why you can’t work on your brakes!

Thanks - just replaced my front pads. I’ve always done the ones on my PX so this just confirmed there are no surprises on the GTS 😉

Have you tried other pads like EBC HH ? Do you prefer Malossi ? Many thanks

Hi brother.. Again my question 😂😂
How are you ❤❤❤😊Vespa gts 250 rear brake pad replacement has been 3500 km. I still brake very well. But suddenly, while driving without braking, just giving the gas and letting go, a grinding noise started coming from the rear disc. There is no sound when braking. There is a grinding sound only when you let off the gas. Is there any damage to the stitching? If the brake pad is good, what else should I do?
