One thing worth mentioning: once you obtain mind sanctuary, using dual weapon becomes inefficient if you have extra attack. If you attack only with your main hand with extra attack you strike twice with your action, plus twice for every bonus action, which means 6 attacks with the thief subclass. With dual weapon your offhand consumes the entire bonus action for a single attack, so you only strike 4 times instead of 6.

The trick to fighting in the shadow cursed areas is to pop in some good light source like daylight. Enemies killed while bathed in light wont become zombies. I did that to keep sarevok from becoming one, since it would ruin his body and I wanted to have him around as a resurrected undead of my own lol

I know everyone jokes about you beating bg3 without it even being installed, but I recently saw a video of someone who tried to play portal by installing it on a portable flash drive and then pulling it out of his computer while playing, meaning he was quite literally playing portal without it being installed. I wonder if you could try something similar for bg3 and actually beat it without it being installed.
The guy in that vid literally couldn't beat Portal, a 2007 game and then did the same in Portal 2, crashing it inmediately, i bet everything that the game will just crash too
Yeah that probably only worked for a somewhat short time because everything needed to play the game when he pulled out the flash drive was stored by the system as temp files or was loaded into his RAM. But at some point the game has to communicate with the installed game files which will lead to a crash. And BG3, being over 100GB large has to communicate a lot with it‘s files to not use up all ressources
@@MetalKingII I tried downloading more ram to try what the poster was speaking about above, and now my computer crashes without BG3 being involved at all

Also, love your crazy challenges that you do, it for sure helps pass the time until Patch 7 hits.
There is a temple of the lady of the waters Umberli in Baldur's gate. From their priests... a specific worldview and loot. Will you be able to pass Baldur's Gate 3, attacking only wet enemies and casting spells on yourself and drinking potions only while you are wet? From the samons, you can only summon water elementals, I allow the use of a reverse rain cloak) But you are a devoted follower of Umberli, so you must complete the quests of their temple... and save the dwarves of the steel throne, as they are underwater. In pursuit of "Baldur's Gate 3 only disabling or trapping attacks for Drow?" Thanks for the interesting videos!
Ah the moonlight silver. Probably the hardest boss in the game. And it comes in 3 when you give nightsong to lorroakan. You will be greeted by both nightsong, and three of these babies. Yet another banger from the BG3 GOAT. Praise Sylvanus! Goofy challenge idea, I'm sure this can be done and would likely be easier than many of your challenges you've already done. "Can you beat BG3 without rolling?" The general concept is if you the player would roll for it in a game of DnD you gotta not do that! E.g. When you attack as a player you roll a D20 to hit but it's the DM (in my experience) that usually rolls saves for NPCs and rolls the damage of your attacks, as such you wouldn't be able to do any normal attacks but could use things that don't require you to roll like Magic Missile or AoE effects! I imagine a large part of the challenge would likely come from navigating basic dialogue (given that it'd be impossible to persuade anyone etc) but I also imagine you'd beat it regardless! Tldr: Challenge idea is "Can you beat BG3 without rolling your D20", shortened for algorithm purposes as "Can you beat BG3 without rolling?"
This sounds batshit insane if we consider the passive rolls you have to perform like survival and perception checks. It would also make any stealth tactic a nightmare because you'd be rolling saves against stealth detection on any occasion you don't one shot the encounter you're trying to beat that way. And final nail in the coffin, twice over even, the Netherbrain. Not only do ypu have to deplete 450hp in a single turn to avoid the reaction that forces you to make a... wisdom? Save, but you also have to somehow skip the unskippable cutscene where you fail to dominate the brain with 4 consecutive rolls, meaning you have to go in as Gale origin and cut the challenge short in act 2 so less content for us viewers.
Adding onto the other comment. I have never seen or heard of a game where the DM rolls damage for the players. So, going by the rules of the challenge, you would not be able to do anything that requires you to roll for damage. Which is pretty much everything that can do damage as far as I know.

theoretically, yeah, you could. People have beaten the game without killing any enemies (at least directly) so you in theory could, unless you can only use the breath (meaning no spells or anything) because then it would be physically impossible even if all 4 party members were dragonborn, just due to breath weapons being only once per short rest
One thing that I wondered is: Can you beat Baldur's Gate 3 without rolling dice? Like, besides the three obligatory rolls to try and subdue the brain, how many dice roll can you save?
