I'm registered community health extension worker, i have BSC in public health sciences, certified BLS worker, certified mental health ,certified medical social worker, certified caregiver ,executive diploma in health care addimstration, i have over 15 years work experience in health care system

As for now, the pelmo exam is for the program entry and it's mandatory, unless later in the future they might boycott it. For your ielts, you will use it during PR application. If you have any diploma certificates, you can support it along with your Weac.
