Hey girl, the Fundamentals class is a core class in your JD, although you see it being very pointless (I also felt that way when I took mine and I felt like I was waisting time that I could use studying for other classes), but along the way you will see how much you actually learned in that class. At least I learned A LOT in mine.

no problem! I worked at a title insurance agency, which deals with property law. You have to go to college for 4 years to get a bachelors degree, then you can apply for law school, which is 3 years, to get your JD. thank you!
Just wondering... Do you have a job ontop of all the school and homework? I'm trying to figure out how to balance having a job too and was wondering if you had any tips
no. the place I used to work was an office, 9-5, so I don't have any time during the week I'd be able to go into the office. our school made us sign an agreement to not work more than 20 hours a week also. I think having a job is doable, but would probably lower your grades bc you have less time to study
Grace, this may be a silly question but I have been thinking about it for quite some time now. Are you going to law school to become a lawyer? and how long is law school? Thanks!
it depends on how fast you study and brief I think. I feel like I have a lot of free time because I work efficiently, have good time management, and don't procrastinate. however, I know others in my position who have no free time bc they let things pile up!

don't worry about the test! it obviously does impact your ability to get into schools but it isn't necessarily the end all be all!
