Well, maybe then just release the A330 altogether with Frankfurt and everything´s gonna be fine. We´ve been patiently waiting for a pretty long time now. At least in regards to the A330.

Then go and develop it yourself. Otherwise let the devs decide when to release THEIR product. You dont have to buy it

If aerosoft would use the Energy they need to produce all the trailers, images and individually Homepages for one Product, maybe we dont have to wait years After announcement and release.

    • @MtheHell
      @MtheHell 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Because the same guys who do all the trailers, images and individually Homepages, are developing the products..? 🤔🥱
Every time and everywhere the same wrong argument. All the companies have only 10 employees who do all the stuff and when one drinks a coffee, our wanted product is delayed.🤪

@@MtheHell Dont missunderstand, i like Aerosoft and use their products since fsx.
But for me there is something really wrong with the announcement politice.
Why they make such a big Promotion for products which are far away from being complete? Best example the a330, i think we dont habe to Talk about this image disaster… in my opinion its better to start 2 month before Release not a year…
Inibuilds build 3 big Airports in the last view months, with even the Same Quality and no Problems with fps… Thats only my opinion!

@@tomrueddle That's not what you wrote first. 😉 When you wanted to say what you wrote now, why didn't you do it in first place? Writing nonsense instead, doesn't show your true point.🤗
And no, I don't want to defend Aerosoft. But one has to "understand" what Aerosoft really is (what they do for decades, so you should know after the years - but for other readers): First of all, they are a "publisher" (=seller), not a "developer" (=creator).
A pillar of their policy was and still is, to give especially small developer studios (one man or small groups) the opportunity to use Aerosofts worldwide network and possibilities for presentation, marketing and selling their products.
So you can't compare iniBuilds and Aerosoft. They published perhaps 50 new products (not only flightsimming) in the same time, iniBuild created 3 airports - because Aerosoft doesn't develop them themselves.
There are some developers, who sign special contracts (getting less profit from sales) and accept that Aerosoft will appear as the developer for marketing reasons. An "Aerosoft product" is likely better to sell than a "John Doe product".
Another option: Developers "work for" Aerosoft like Hans Hartmann (i.a. ATR-72, CRJ series). He is an independent software engineer who gets paid by Aerosoft for developing add-ons. But he isn't employed there, and he doesn't publish his work under his own company "S&H Software GmbH & Co. KG".💡
The A330 is a disaster, yes - but explainable and understandable, because the whole development team changed during the critical development phase.
The new team had a half-ready (or less) aircraft add-on and had to research what the prior team did with coding, etc. and then had to decide if they take what was there and continue to finish it - or rewrite whole parts of the code. Foreign code can be quite complicated to understand, you mostly prefer rewriting it your way to know exactly what happens in your project.
Compare it to an author who writes a book. The publisher asks, when he has finished the book, he says within 6 months and the publisher starts advertising. Then the author suddenly quits and a different author gets the urgent task by the publisher, to finish the half-written book. The new author has to read it first - and he has to make changes to the story and create an ending. This takes much more time than the original author would have needed to finish the story his way. Some would say, it's even easier to start from zero than to continue not finished work by others.
So the real problem is not the A330 project itself (at least it's clear, why it was announced early). The mistake is the missing communication here by Aerosoft. They didn't tell the public early, that there are big difficulties behind the scenes. (But remember, there are reasons why Mathijs Kok left AS as the main communicator/PR- and Product Manager)
