    Bajaj Dominar 400 has received a list of new touring windshield as standard. The list includes a visor, handguards, engine bash plate, engine guard, pillion backrest, rear luggage rack, phone mount and a USB charging port.Built on the perimeter frame, the Dominar 400 gets 43mm open cartridge USD fork like the 390 Duke. The rear monoshock is preload adjustable and has a stamped metal swingarm. The Dominar 400 has a radial front brake caliper acting on a large 320mm rotor. At the rear, you get a 230mm rotor with a single-piston caliper. Dual-channel ABS remains as standard. The 17-inch alloy rims are now machine-finished and come shod with MRF radial tyres.
    Hero Mavrick 440 is a street bike available in 3 variants and 5 colours. The Hero Mavrick 440 is powered by 440cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 27 bhp and a torque of 36 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Hero Mavrick 440 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Mavrick 440 bike weighs 191 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 13.5 liters.
    The X440 runs on 18-/17-inch alloy wheels (spoke rims in base variant) shod in new MRF Zapper Hyke tyres - 100/80-18 (front) and 140/70-17 (rear). Braking is managed by a 320mm disc with axially-mounted ByBre caliper at the front and 240mm disc at the back. Dual channel ABS is offered as standard. It weighs 190.5kg kerb, has a seat height of 805mm and a decent 170mm of ground clearance.

    If you think about Indian road conditions, the Maverick is much more suitable. The weight distribution is clearly superior to the Dominar, seats are softer and the wide handlebars mean less pressure on the wrists while making turns. Adding better ground clearance to the equation, the Maverick easily outmatches the Dominar in practicality! I, however, don't think 440 cc can give the same mileage as a Gixxer 250. Maybe 30 km/L, but no more than that.

    Dominar is much bigger, more features , more powerful , Liquid cooling engine,great for touring where as Maveric is more like all rounder where you can live it in city and in highway as well . Little disappointed with Hero being Maveric hero's premium product they should have gone all out with the product as Bajaj did with Dominar Bajaj totally given every thing to Dominar so it makes Dominar most value for money bike in India

    Buy dominar 1 and half month before and after 187 km the bike is break down.
    Bike not driven from last 15 days as there is no use.
