I can’t believe that you had the sweet potatoes sprouting,all you have to do know is to place them in some water and you will have another live plant. Don’t throw them away. Lol😅
or stick them in some shallow dirt, water sparingly until the vines have a few leaves. then pull the vine gently from the potato (vine is now a "slip") and plant that in the ground. BOOM!! a few months later you'll have more sweet potatoes!!!

Lable every container. Then have family fill the containers properly. It will be a big help for you. I love things organized too. I had 5 children. We had a small room I made into walk in pantry.💕

I feel like your pantry could just be for food. Your cookbooks and pans can be thinned out and find a new home. Maybe add a vertical shelf, not real wide, on the 3rd wall. You’re off to a great start!

OK, I'm back. I have an Aero garden that I was feeling proud about, but as soon as I put it in the dirt, they didn't survive, but you have a whole potato tree growing 😂. I can't wait to see the results. Thanks for sharing and making me laugh❤

Make you a sweet potato vine just put in glass of water put the potato on top but don't put the potato all the way in the water only one bottom so the water just touches it it makes a beautiful vine that will run all around your kitchen or wherever you want it just as long as it gets sunlight

Your hair is SO cute! I just read somewhere that anthing like potatoes or onions should not be in the pantry. I use hanging wire baskets in my kitchen, and keep them away from windows where there can be heat at certain times of the year.

I've heard that onions and potatoes shouldn't be stored near each other because onions let's off a gas that causes potatoes to rot faster. -Kryste
I keep my onions and potatoes on the counter in a bowl stand made for them . Love the clean up. It’s time to do mines again too. Our pantry looks similar. 😊

Put your bread in the freezer take it out the day before you use it put 2 paper towels in the bag and let them unthaw fresh bread

Thank goodness you found all the crumbs before you got ants. I would start planning meals from all the food you have now in the pantry before restocking. That way all the things you have will get used up fast. 🙂🙂🙂

Tish! Happy Sunday!❤ organizing my home, aside from shopping 😂is my favorite thing to do. I would say definitely move the cookbooks, they’re taking up too much space for food and cooking supplies. I’ve collected a nice stash of cookbooks too and cannot part with them. Definitely purge any expired, not used things and use them containers!! Love all of your videos and i look forward to seeing them everyday❤️

What about if you added thin shelving or a bookcase to the blank back wall then that could hold your cookbooks, jars, containers, etc.

I really like the Rae Dunn canisters. If I find a “ Seasonal “ Rae Dunn canister I buy it if it’s one sided then I can turn it to the back if it’s not the season we’re in. Then when that season rolls around I turn it around to celebrate the season. 🎃🎄🍁🐣

You know those sweet potatoes were fresh. Sometimes supermarket produce is chemically treated to prevent sprouting. I would had made those slips and added them to my garden.

Do you get a lot of use out of your cookbooks? I have a bunch and liked the idea of having them but now that I’m downsizing I’m thinking about going through them and just scanning recipes I wanna keep and giving the rest to a friend or little free library or something.
When I started dating my hubby he used to leave very small amounts of juice and milk in the container in the fridge. It drove me nuts! He was like 'I didn't want to use it all and leave you nothing'. Really, do you really think a tablespoon of juice or milk is going to do me much good?🤦♀️

I am doing the same. I don’t want to be wasteful. I think containers are great but we cannot open something before other things are eaten. Ie cereal. Hard to do. I get it. You are so clean and organized but it’s work. We have to keep after it but we are all so busy. I am putting dates on items now. This helps a lot. ❤️🤍💙
