Never seen this done with ball bearing before. That’s pretty neat!!!

Great guide 👍 I'm trying to diagnose a flatspot/fluffy throttle between 3-6k RPM. Could carb imbalance be the issue? Thanks

How do you know which carb to adjust (right/left)?
Heard its good to hold at 200rev not tune to idle.
Where did you get the ball bearing? Also what size piping is that, and where did uou get it? I wanna synch my 1997 gpz500 carbs this week as its running really lean.
Really curious how to decide which carb to tune though (right or left)

Builded this set up yesterday, immediatly drowned my carbs because of the constant fuel feed. Needed to use my tank nd fuel tap en fit in a T peace to tap of vaccuum for the bearing measurement... mines a 91'. Whats different between ur carbs nd mine?

Cool, i will have a try using your set up. What tuning/up grades have you done to your kle?

+gtrquinny Other than a full stainless exhaust because the original one rusted out, all the mods have been to improve the off road capabilities. ie raised suspension ( front + rear ), knobblies, raised front mudguard. I also put shrink tubing over all the electrical connections to help waterproof them. Oh, and heated grips because i'm a wimp!

It is a Scorpion full stainless system with the baffles removed, that i bought on Ebay for about £300

May i ask a question? How often does it happen, that the carburetors are getting off balance? ? Greetings!
